Is Fit! subscription-based? 

Yes, Fit! offers monthly and yearly subscription packages that grant all access to every program that we have to offer. Check out our available packages here.


Do I have to start the program when I buy it?

There is no start date. You can buy the program now and start it whenever you want. However, if you have purchased a subscription to the Fit app, please be aware that there is an end/renewal date to your subscription.


Are Fit! programs suitable for beginners?

Yes! We offer a range of workout programs that are suitable for all levels of fitness experience. If you're wondering if a workout program is suitable for you, be sure to read the description which will give you a better idea of its level of difficulty.


Do I need equipment for Fit! programs?

Some programs on the Fit! app will require equipment while others will not. Many of our calisthenics programs, for instance, will require little to no equipment and you can substitute some equipment with household items as well.
