Macrofit Inc. Return & Refund Policy (Fit! Store)
At Macrofit Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your Home Gym and accessories purchased from Fit! Store. To start a return, please email support@joinfitapp.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Our team will provide instructions for returning your items, including shipping details and any applicable fees.
Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect returned items and will be credited to the original payment method. For items that have not yet shipped, refunds will be processed promptly once the cancellation is confirmed, and may take additional time as inventory is prepared for reassignment. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
First-time Home Gym buyers are eligible for a 30-Day Trial, allowing a full refund on the Home Gym and any purchased accessories. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and include all original packaging. Additional Home Gyms per household or Home Gyms purchased for commercial use are not eligible for this trial. Returned Home Gyms that are damaged, missing parts, or show signs of misuse may have their refund reduced or incur a restocking fee. We will notify you if this applies.
Accessories, excluding final sale items, may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. To exchange an accessory, return your original item for a refund and then place a new order.
Because Home Gyms are large and heavy, return shipping is handled by the customer and starts at $89, with the exact cost depending on your location. While we are unable to accept returns for packages marked as delivered but reported lost, we are happy to investigate these situations and may provide a replacement if appropriate.
All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned. Replacement or damage requests for international orders require review and approval. Customers should review shipping and customs policies carefully before placing international orders.
Our return and refund policies are designed to protect both our customers and Macrofit Inc. We are committed to processing returns efficiently, keeping you informed, and issuing refunds as quickly as possible. Once your returned items are received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 10–14 business days.
