Great addition

the Flexia reformer has been a great addition to our home workouts. I really enjoy the jump classes, and I get a great workout whichever class I take. It has been great on my husbands joints as well. A truly great way to round out my usual peloton workouts!

Just got installed.

I owned my Flexia Pilates machine for over a month before it got installed. I’ve barely been able to use it. I would expect my warranty and my free year of classes to be extended for at least 30 days. Even the nice guys who came to do the installation said that they didn’t know why you didn’t call another company in Tampa to come out and do the install that you work with that would’ve had time to do it. Your customer service has not been good AT ALL.

Unfortunately the holiday period can cause scheduling backups for our installation partner. My Flexia Reformer

I’m 71 and bought this for my next decade of life. What a perfect investment. It is beautiful, so well made and the classes are abundant and quite a challenge! I can see doing this well into my 80’s. I picture myself walking upright, with good core strength and balance well into my later years. I cast to my TV and this works great but I haven’t figured out the MQS feature yet.
